  • FREE standard delivery for orders of £49.99 and over*(Not applicable on Furniture, Click & Collect orders)
  • Orders placed before 7am will be dispatched the same day (Mon-Fri), excluding public holidays
  • Orders will be sent using a tracked courier service
  • Please note that Standard Delivery is not available on fragile or large furniture items
  • Your order should arrive within 2-3 working days.
  • Order before 1pm Monday-Friday (excluding public holidays) to receive your order on next working day
  • Orders placed after 1pm on Friday will be dispatched on Monday to arrive by Wednesday
  • Orders will be sent using a tracked courier service
  • Please note that Express Delivery is not available on fragile or large furniture items

Express Delivery (Furniture) Information

  • All orders placed before 1pm are eligible for Express (next working day) Delivery*
  • After checkout you will receive confirmation of your order. On the day of delivery, drivers will call you 30-45 minutes prior to the delivery.
  • Orders placed after 1pm will be processed the next working day and delivered the following working day.
  • For orders placed on a Friday or during a weekend. These orders will be processed the next working day and delivered the following working day.
  • If your order is placed on a Bank Holiday. These orders will be processed the next working day and delivered the following working day.
  • * Please note that orders to Scotland, some coastal areas of Wales and areas outside of UK Mainland are currently not yet available on a next working day service.

Standard Delivery (Furniture) Information

  • Our furniture delivery service allows you to select your preferred delivery date. Our customer care team will get in touch with you a day after the order is placed to agree a suitable delivery date.
  • This service is available for most areas in England and Wales.
  • Our delivery partners will contact you prior to delivery confirming delivery on your chosen date.
  • On the day of delivery, drivers will call you 30-45 minutes prior to the delivery.
  • Select your delivery date service may not be available for certain outlying areas. If your location is not covered, then Homescapes shall be contacting you directly with a proposed delivery date. Most furniture deliveries are completed within ten working days.

  • The Highlands and Islands of Scotland: Postcodes IV, HS, KW, ZE, KA27-28, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-44, PH49-50
    Northern Ireland/Eire: Postcodes BT

  • International delivery is available to various locations within Europe

Public and Bank Holidays

We are unable to dispatch or deliver orders during public and bank holidays.

Service terms and delivery times may be amended during peak periods or sales.

Deliveries that Require a Signature

In most cases, a signature is required on receipt of delivery. If there is no one to sign for the goods, an attempt is usually made to deliver the parcel to a neighbour.

If your order cannot be left with a neighbour, delivery will be re-attempted the next working day. If delivery is still not possible, the goods will be held at a depot for up to fourteen days (depending on the courier). If this is the case, the courier will leave a card explaining how to collect your parcel. If you do not collect your order within the allotted time period, it will be returned to us. In the case of this happening the postage will not be refunded.

If you have not received your order after 4 working days, you should contact us as soon as possible so that we can query the status of your delivery with the courier. We will not be able to process any claims of non-receipt of deliveries after two weeks after the original shipping date, as we lose the right to claim against the loss with most couriers.

In the unlikely occurrence of a product being out of stock, we shall inform you as soon as possible by contacting you by telephone or email. From there, we can work out the best solution for you.
