Grey Eyelet Curtains

Eyelet curtains are a contemporary style of curtain, ready to be used with curtain poles. The evenly spaced eyelets allow for large, even pleats, while making them easy to install.

The size curtain required will depend entirely on the size of your curtain pole, and the length of the drop you desire. We always recommend measuring for your curtains prior to purchase to avoid disappointment. For instructions on how to do this, see our FAQs.

When measuring for the width of your eyelet curtain, you will need to measure your curtain pole. This measurement should not include the finials at the end of the pole. Homescapes list measurements in both inches and cm.

Once you have the length of the curtain pole, you’ll need to measure the length of the drop. This is how far down you want the curtain to fall. Choices include to the windowsill, below the windowsill or to the floor. Once you have this information, you’re ready to shop!

Simply remove your finial from the end of the curtain pole, and slide the rings over it. As the eyelet curtains are ready made, you won’t have to worry about styling them – soft, even pleats will naturally be formed, without the need for curtain hooks or tie backs.

Yes, in theory any straight pole would work with eyelet curtains. However, it is worth noting that all of Homescapes ready made eyelet curtains have been tested with metal curtain poles, over other materials such as plastic or wood.
