Taking you from the coldest winters to the heat of summer, an All Seasons duvet will keep you comfortable night after night. To understand how they work and which type of All Seasons duvets are available, keep reading!
What is an All Seasons Duvet?
An All Seasons quilt is designed to suit your sleeping needs for the entire year. Whether you prefer a feather and down duvet, or a synthetic filled duvet, most come with the option of being All Seasons. Fit to keep you comfortable and warm in Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter, All Seasons duvets are a one-time purchase.
How Does an All Seasons Duvet Work?
With an All Seasons Duvet, what you receive is two separate duvets that have a different Tog rating. One duvet is a lighter, summer Tog, usually 4.5. The other is a warmer duvet, typically with a 9 Tog rating. Combining the two together creates a warm and cosy 13.5 Tog duvet that is perfect for colder, winter months.
A duvet designed for all seasons, you can use the lighter 4.5 Tog cover for summer months to keep you cool and comfortable. During mid-seasons such as Spring and Autumn, you can switch to the 9 Tog duvet for a little more warmth. Then when winter rolls round, the two duvets can be connected together to create a super cosy 13.5 Tog duvet. Duvets are combined together via buttons, ties or plastic fasteners.

Make Your Own All Seasons Duvet
Some of the duvets available on Homescapes are sold individually but have the ability to be combined together. This enables you to create an All Seasons duvet. Homescapes’ Wool duvets are available in Lightweight and Heavyweight options. They both come with ties, allowing you to combine any two together. You can choose to have both the light and heavy duvet and then combine the two for Winter. Or if you really feel the cold, you could get two heavyweight duvets to combine together.
Our luxury Down Duvets can also be made into an All Seasons duvet. Each sold separately in 4.5 Tog, 9 Tog, 10.5 Tog and 13.5 Tog, these can be mixed and matched according to your preference. You could create a super cosy 15 Tog duvet by combing the 4.5 with the 10.5 Tog duvet.

I desperately want to join 2 duvets together. They are both coverless ones (I have a couple of illnesses that make changing duvet covers difficult) can I buy the clips to join them.
Thank you
